Since bursting on to the scene in 2011, Hawksworth Restaurant has earned its place amongst the finest restaurants in the world, winning multiple accolades from renowned local and international authorities. Recognized for its compelling and technically skilled cuisine, deep and diverse wine list, inventive cocktail program, and warm, genuine hospitality.

Located in the Rosewood Hotel Georgia, the dining room is a Vancouver landmark that is steeped in history, reimagined by Studio Munge to deliver three distinct rooms including the cocktail bar and lounge, the elegant pearl room, and the art room.

Guided by the highest quality ingredients sourced locally and from around the world, Hawksworth’s menus showcase bold, bright flavours and skillfully executed dishes that balance nostalgia with a modern, distinctly West Coast sensibility.

Menus are conceived by celebrated Canadian Chef David Hawksworth, Executive Chef Sylvain Assie and Pastry Chef Marissa Gonzalez.

Our award-winning wine list is deep and global, carefully selected to deliver value and quality. Our dedicated sommelier team are knowledgeable and passionate, and look forward to guiding you to your favourites or helping you discover new varietals and wine makers.

Open for lunch and dinner, with a Cocktail Hour in between, Hawksworth delivers an array of experiences to suit your mood and preferences, including Private Dining for up to 50 guests.

David Hawksworth

Chef David Hawksworth is one of Canada’s most celebrated culinary talents, known for refined, ingredient-led Canadian cuisine shaped by classical training in some of Europe’s most acclaimed MICHELIN-starred kitchens.

Since opening Hawksworth Restaurant at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia in 2011, he has continued to lead with creativity, precision and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Named Restaurant of the Year in its opening year, Hawksworth remains one of Vancouver’s most acclaimed dining destinations, recognized by the MICHELIN Guide and La Liste’s World’s Best Restaurants.

Alongside Hawksworth, Chef Hawksworth leads the celebrated Nightingale and Bel Café concepts, each reflecting his creative approach, exacting standards and commitment to exceptional ingredients. He has also served as culinary partner to Air Canada since 2015, creating signature dishes for International Business Class and Signature Lounges.
