For our final winemaker dinner of the summer, explore the intimate relation of wine and terroir with the Okanagan’s, Roche Wines. Located in the restaurant’s elegant York Room along two communal 20-person long tables; Chef de Cuisine, Antonio Sotomayor, will once again prepare a seasonal four-course menu to pair alongside the diverse and artisanal grapes of Roche Wines.

Reception with 2019 Pinot Gris “Inox”
– Corn fondue tarts, feta, fermented chili
– Beet tartare cones, crème fraiche, hazelnut
– Albacore tuna, crispy rice, umeboshi

Appetizer with 2018 Rosé
– Cured steelhead, smoked buttermilk, cucumber, black currant

First course with 2015 Pinot Gris – Traditional Series
– Suckling pig, honey miso, tarragon, grilled apricot

Main course with 2016 Nuances
– Peace country lamb duo, eggplant, chickpea panisse, red pepper

Dessert with 2018 Arôme
– Goat cheese panna cotta, smoked almond, nectarine, jasmine
